Once you create a shipping label for your product, you will be provided with a tracking number for your order. We highly recommend that vendors submit the tracking number for all of their orders to their Vendor Dashboard. This allows both the buyer and seller to confirm the order. In order to submit a tracking number for your order, follow these five easy steps.

1.) Click the My Account tab in the menu bar or click here.

2.) Log in to your account if you are not already logged in. This will take you to the Vendor Dashboard page. Click the Orders tab to navigate to your current orders or click here.

3.) Click the View button in the Actions column for the order that you wish to add the tracking number.

4.) Click the Tracking Number button.

5.) The Shipping Provider Name / URL, Tracking Number and Date Shipped fields will appear. First, input the shipping provider that you used in the Shipping Provider Name / URL field. Next, fill out the Tracking Number field with the tracking number provided by your shipping carrier. Lastly, put the date that you shipped your product and click the Add Tracking Details button.

You have now submitted your tracking number! You can now submit a request to withdraw your earnings for the order. Once your order has delivered to the customer, it will take us 1-5 business days to accept your request for payment withdrawal.
